Are there any upfront costs to advertise my property?
None, we cover professional photography, video tours, floor plans and extensive advertising on all major property portals.
Do you accompany viewings?
Yes, always. We think it’s too important to leave to chance. We’re available evenings and weekends too.
What are your fees?
Full Management – A one off letting arrangement fee the equivalent to one weeks rent plus VAT and then 10% plus VAT per calendar month
Let Only – A one off letting arrangment fee the equivalent to 3 weeks rent plus VAT
Sales – Our standard sole agency fee is 1% Plus VAT
How long is the sole agency contract?
No more than eight weeks. We’re confident enough in what we do that we don’t need to lock you in.
